In August, Tal and I put our rental property on the market. The good news is that we accepted an offer after two weeks on the market, and the sale became final today. The sad news is that Tal and I lost a lot of money and sold the house for only $1,500 more than Tal paid for it nearly 10 years ago. The process of selling our rental property has been painful and depressing. However, Tal and I are tired of bleeding money, and we are ready to cut our losses. We are ready to close this chapter of our lives and move on.
