Ice Skating

The girls and I went ice skating! I was proud of us for trying a new activity and being brave and adventurous. Savannah already knew how to ice skate. It was Hadley's first time ice skating. She used the skating aid in the beginning, but she was skating on her own after a couple hours of practice. The girls are ready to go ice skating again soon!

Gymnastics

Our family cheered for NC State's women's gymnastics team as they won against George Washington University and Pitt in the vault, beam, bars, and floor exercise.

We sat near the bars and floor exercise events.

Hadley loved getting a butterfly painted on her face.

After the meet, the girls had their picture taken with two gymnasts.

The State College smokestack was built in 1924. NC State was originally named State College, and the smokestack remains on campus.

Updated Gallery Walls

I updated the gallery walls in our downstairs hallway and on our staircase. I framed and hung 18 of my  favorite family photos from 2022. To save time, I kept the same layout and just changed the photos. The gallery walls are a mix of current and older photos.

Day Off

 The girls and I enjoyed our day off from school today! 

Winter Break

Winter Break adventures. Grandma Judy gave us experience gifts for Christmas. We enjoyed jumping at Defy Gravity, playing at the children's museum, and eating lunch at the Chinese buffet.

Our family enjoyed cheering for NC State's women's gymnastics team as they competed against Michigan State in the vault, beam, bars, and floor exercise. Go Wolfpack!
