Disney Vacation: Part 8 (Ice at Gaylord Palms)

During our Florida vacation, our family had a great time at Ice! at the Gaylord Palms Hotel:

The ice exhibit included 2 million pounds of gigantic hand-carved ice sculptures
related to the poem "Twas the Night Before Christmas:"

Before we entered the ice exhibit, we were given long blue coats to keep us warm.
However, it was a still a chilly 9 degrees, and we felt like we were inside a freezer:

Grandma Barbara, Savannah, and Harper

Inside the exhibit, this ice sculptor was carving pieces
to replace broken areas on the ice displays:

I wouldn't want his job in the freezing cold!

Everyone took a turn a turn on the 2-story ice slide:

We also had a great time snow tubing!
