Room with a View

Savannah, Grandma Judy, Ms. Mary, and I spent 3 days at the 

lovely Shell Island Resort on Wrightsville Beach, NC:

Shell Island is located on the North end of the island 

and surrounded by water on 3 sides:

From our balcony, we had gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean:

During our stay, we ate breakfast both mornings in the hotel 

restaurant...which was a new experience for me! Not only was the

food delicious, but the views of the Atlantic Ocean were gorgeous:

Although I've stayed at Shell Island countless times over the 

last 15 years, I'd never eaten in hotel restaurant...but I'll 

do it again because it was so much fun eating 

breakfast on the beach!
