Our new tenants have signed the lease and move into our rental property today!
Over the last 2 weeks, Tal and I have had nearly 20 showings and received 4 rental applications. Ultimately, Tal and I decided to rent our property to 3 young people.
As always, Tal and I hope our tenants will pay their rent on time, take good care of the house, and stay for a long time!
