A Day in the Life of a Salter Pather

Tal and I spent the weekend in Salter Path, where we visited Savannah who is staying with Grandma Barbara in July.

On Saturday, Uncle Benny and Aunt EJ took the Anderson clan for a ride in their boat. All of us spent a fun and relaxing day boating and swimming in Bogue Sound.

We were all tired, hungry, and sunburned by the end of the day!

By the way, Tal named this post. Tal grew up on the coast of NC where swimming in Bogue Sound is a typical summer day for most Salter Pathers. In fact, Barbara, Tal, Benny, and EJ all have fond memories of boating and swimming in the Sound when they were growing up.

For lunch, we ate fried chicken and Dr. Pepper
