Two weeks ago, Tal and I decided to expand our marketing options. We listed our house as "For Sale or Lease."
Tal and I actually like the idea of being landlords and keeping our house as a long-term investment. At the same time, however, we're not going to let a potential buyer slip through our fingers.
We have until January 1 to find a renter or buyer for our house before we begin paying two mortgages. Tal and I trust that the right right buyer or renter will come along within the next two months. We'll see what happens!
