However, our new house also has many features that set it apart from the other 9 houses we toured. Below are some of our favorite things that "sold" us on our new home:

1. The two-story foyer

2. The 10-ft. ceilings on the first floor and the 18-ft. ceilings in the family room

3. The open floor plan

4. Savannah loves climbing the stairs to the second floor and yelling down below, "Daaaaady! Daaaaaaady!"
