Everyday Moments

Life...unedited.
These random iPhone photos are dark, blurry, and untouched,
but they capture everyday moments from the last week.

On March 30, Tal participated in an F3 boot camp event at a local park:

After the F3 event, Tal and his buddies went out for breakfast at a pay-what-you-can restaurant that donates proceeds to a local mission:

Savannah, who is tracked-out from school until April 22, has had some extra time to read and finished this Thea Stilton book recently:

One day after school, the girls and I stopped at a local cupcake shoppe and enjoyed some desserts outside:

Edible Cookie Dough

Whoopie Cookie

We've been blessed with some pretty spring days lately, so the girls and I have spent many afternoons outside after school:

On Friday, Savannah got her braces tightened and selected seafoam green for her bands (to coordinate with her dress for the Daddy-Daughter Dance):

Savannah and Hadley wore matching dresses to the Daddy-Daughter Dance at church:

This morning our family, along with the girls' friends Liza and Sky, made birdhouses at the Home Depot Kids Workshop. Although the project was fairly complicated, the girls did a great job nailing the pieces together and painting their birdhouses!

(Fun Fact: Savannah, Liza, and Sky have grown up together and have been neighborhood friends for over 8 years!)

Grandma Judy drove 14 hours from IL to NC and arrived at our house this afternoon!

After Grandma Judy arrived, our family went to Krispy Kreme for a tasty treat:
