From April 10-15, the girls and I took our annual road trip see our family and friends in Illinois. The girls and I drove 13 hours each way and only stopped two times. The girls were excellent travelers during our 26 hours together in the car. We were thankful for safe travel and good weather on our 1,700-mile road trip through 6 states (North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois).
We played at a park almost every day.
We visited Gran Rowell in the nursing home. She is 106 years old!
We played many games of Uno and Skip-Bo.
Grandma Judy French braided Savannah's hair.
Savannah had beautiful, wavy hair when she took out her French braids.
