Snow Day

When our family woke up this morning, we had 7 inches of snow on the ground. Due to the winter weather, church was canceled and nearly all stores were closed. The girls enjoyed playing in the snow, while Tal cleared off his truck and shoveled the driveway. Then, we drove around our neighborhood and admired the winter wonderland.

Once we got inside, we warmed up in front of our fireplace, and then we spent the rest of the day baking treats, wrapping Christmas presents, watching TV, and taking naps.

School is closed tomorrow (but Savannah and I have to make it up this Saturday), so the girls and I are looking forward to another lazy day tomorrow, while Tal works from home!
