Tuna Relay

This weekend Tal ran 19 miles in the Tuna Relay. Tal and his F3 team ran overnight in the 200-mile relay race from Garner to Atlantic Beach. After Tal completed his three runs, he was ready for a shower and shrimp burger at his mom's house!  

Hadley's 9th Birthday Party

Hadley will be 9 on October 10! Hadley is kind, caring, organized, and responsible. She has naturally wavy strawberry blonde hair and wears glasses and braces. Hadley loves math, slime, coloring, swimming, and her green blanket. We love you, Hadley V!

Last weekend Hadley had an ice skating birthday party with 9 classmates and 9 family members. After eating pizza and cupcakes, singing Happy Birthday, and opening presents, we ice skated for two hours. It was a great day!

50th Birthday!

Tal is 50! Four generations from our family celebrated Tal's milestone birthday (and Hadley's 9th birthday) at Angus Barn, a fancy steak restaurant for special occasions. For appetizers, we nibbled on cheese and crackers and bread and butter. For our main course, we ate salads with prime rib and chateaubriand. For dessert, we enjoyed chocolate chess pie, creme brulee, and chocolate sundaes. It was a special and delicious evening with family!
