We didn't mind that our first day at the beach was mostly cloudy. We put our beach chairs in the water (see Renee below) and watched Hadley play in the sand and Mya and Savannah go boogie boarding. It was a beautiful and relaxing day!
Hadley thought it was hilarious when we covered her legs with sand and said she was a mermaid:
