This afternoon Savannah and Hadley had so much fun assembling and decorating cookie houses at the public library in our neighborhood. The event was free. Plus, the library staff provided the supplies and did all of the set-up and clean-up.

To build their houses, the girls used frosting to attach graham crackers to an empty milk carton. Then, they decorated their houses with candy canes, licorice, fruit loops, pretzels, and Skittles. Making cookie houses was a fun way to celebrate the holiday season!
