50 lbs!

I've lost 50 lbs in 5 months! Losing weight isn't easy or fun, but over the last 5 months, I've been eating vegetables and lean protein, controlling my portions, drinking a gallon of water each day...and practicing discipline and self-control a million times a day. No pills. No exercise. Thanks to everyone who has encouraged me in my weight loss journey!
