Everyday Moments

Life...unedited.
These random iPhone photos are dark, blurry, and untouched,
but they capture everyday moments from this weekend.

Yesterday our family enjoyed going to the Kids Event at the Rex Hospital Open, which is the annual pro golf tournament in our neighborhood. The girls enjoyed rock climbing, jumping in the bouncy house, getting their faces painted, and eating free sno cones:

After the Kids Event at the golf clubhouse...

...the four of us walked 2 miles to our house:

We walked on the golf cart paths and followed some of the pro golfers:

It took us 1 hour and 45 minutes to walk 2 miles to our house. The girls were troopers. Even though they were hot and tired, they didn't complain at all:

We stopped periodically to watch the golfers, sit in the shade, eat a snack, and drink some water:

During the last 15 minutes of our walk, it was pouring rain. We were soaking wet when we got home:

Today the girls and I had some girl time, while Tal followed some pro golfers during the final round of the Rex Hospital Open in our neighborhood. First, we got my car washed, and then the girls helped me vacuum and wipe down the interior of my car. Savannah did a great job washing all of my car floor mats:

After the car wash, I allowed the girls to each choose one activity for girls day. Savannah chose to go to Target, so she could use some of her chore money to buy a slime making kit. Then, Hadley chose to play at the newish park in our neighborhood.

Zipline

Savannah figured out how to stand on the zipline!
