Our backyard retaining wall is done!
Before
In February, Tal started building a retaining wall in our backyard to correct some drainage and erosion issues:
He started the project by leveling the ground and then using some stakes and string to create a straight line for the retaining wall:
Then, Tal placed 118 concrete wall blocks in a straight line until they were level with the play area:
Finally, Tal finished up the project by filling the area with a couple truckloads of mulch:
Our backyard retaining wall cost around $300, including blocks and mulch:
