Earlier today, a first grader came up to me. He was grinning and hugging Dr. Seuss's ABC's.
"Mrs. Anderson, do you know why I love coming to the library?" he asked.
"Why?" I responded.
"Because I love books!" he exclaimed.
Ahhhh...that's music to my ears.
